Boxing Classes & Training
Classes begin with a warm up which may include jumping rope, footwork drills or shadowboxing. During class, students work on combinations drills on the heavy bag, speed bag, training dummy, double end bag and maze ball.
Other exercises may also include head movement drills, counter punching drills, parrying, footwork drills, focus mitts and sparring. Classes usually end with stretching, conditioning or questions about the science taught during that lesson.
